Now its time to send in the entry forms to the two last rallies in the Volvo Original Nordic West Euro Cup 2008: 1) Danish KDA Rally in Odense at island Fyn in Denmark Sept 26-27 and 2) German Lausitz Rallye in Boxberg-Weisswasser 200 kms south-east of Berlin Oct 16-18. More information about the asphalt rally in Denmark you find at: www.kdak.dk/rally. Its short time to make the entry forms: not later than Sept 15 the papers shall be at the rally office in Denmark. The danish rally is 2 days long, has 18 special stages and 170 kms rally roads. You find the training papers and maps at their rallyaddress at internet. The stages are used 2 or 3 times each, so ite not so hard to make the pacenotes as one can belive. Foreign Volvo drivers pays 1.500 dkr (200 Euro) for the start and the rally are using Super Rally rules - it means that if You ger problems the first day you still are allowed to start day 2 and stlll get Volvo Original Championship points för the whole rally The tyres the Volvos use on tarmac are just standard tyres 15 " or the tyres the VOC-cars use in Denmark (Yokohama) or germany (Hankook). Next leg i the Westr European Cup is the last leg in the Cup - Lausitz Rally. Use www.rrc-lausitz.de for regulations and entry form. The VO-cars starts in the 2.nd part of the rally - info starts at page 16- Its 7 stages and 110 kms to go and we start after the last car in the german championship. The entry fee for the foreign Volvos in the rallye are 180 Euro. We at the moment are checking if the org. even this year will take care of the living (We normaly lives for round 60-70 Euro per person for 3 nights incl brekfast).
